1. 撮影・メディアデータについて (Photos & Media)

Rarecamを通じて撮影、現像、編集、保存されたRAWデータおよび写真データは、すべて利用者の端末内（ローカル環境）でのみ処理・保存されます。

当事業所が撮影画像やメディアファイルを外部サーバー等へ送信、取得、蓄積、または第三者へ共有・提供することは一切ありません。

2. 端末の権限 (Device Permissions)

Rarecamは、アプリの機能提供に必要な最小限の権限のみを要求します。

• カメラ（Camera）: リアルタイムファインダー表示およびRAW写真の撮影機能を提供するために使用します。
• 写真・ストレージ（Photos / Storage）: 撮影した写真を端末のストレージ（ギャラリー）に保存、またはカスタムLUT等を読み込むために使用します。
• 位置情報（Location）: 本アプリは位置情報（GPS）権限を要求せず、利用者の位置情報を取得・記録・Exif付与することはありません。

※これらの権限は利用者が明示的に許可した場合にのみアクセスされ、目的外の用途で使用されることはありません。

3. クラッシュログと利用統計 (Crash Logs & Analytics)

本アプリの安定性向上、不具合の早期解消、およびパフォーマンス改善のため、Google LLCが提供する以下のサービスを利用しています。

• Firebase Crashlytics: アプリがクラッシュした際に、匿名のスタックトレース、OSバージョン、デバイス機種名、クラッシュ発生日時等の診断情報を自動的に収集します。
• Firebase Analytics: アプリの機能利用状況やパフォーマンスに関する統計情報（個人を特定できない集計データ）を収集します。

※これらの情報には、氏名、メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報や、撮影された写真データは一切含まれません。

4. 有料プラン・決済・資格管理について (Purchases & Subscriptions)

Rarecamの有料機能（Founder's Edition、通常買い切り版、および定期購入）の購入処理は、Google Play の決済システムを通じて安全に処理されます。

当事業所が利用者のクレジットカード番号や決済口座情報等の決済情報を直接取得・保管することはありません。

また、アプリ内購入のステータス管理、利用資格（Pro機能）の有効化、および機種変更時の「購入の復元」を安全に行うため、RevenueCat, Inc. が提供する課金管理プラットフォームを利用しています。

• 取り扱う情報: 匿名のアプリアカウントID（App User ID）、購入日時、購入したプランの識別子（Product ID）、利用資格ステータス、端末のOS種別。
• 利用目的: 正当な購入資格の検証、購入状態の同期、および復元処理のため。

5. お問い合わせおよび不具合報告 (Contact & Feedback)

利用者が電子メール、またはアプリ内の不具合報告フォーム（Google Forms）を通じて当事業所にお問い合わせ・フィードバックを提供された際に取得する情報（メールアドレス、端末機種情報、お問い合わせ内容等）は、お問い合わせへの回答、サポート対応、および不具合修正のためにのみ利用し、適切に管理・保護いたします。

本ポリシーは、アプリの機能追加や法令・プラットフォーム規約の変更等に伴い改定されることがあります。改定された内容は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を持ちます。

1. Photos & Media Data

All RAW data, photos, and images captured, developed, edited, or saved using Rarecam are processed and stored solely on your local device.

We do not transmit, collect, store, or share your photos or media files with external servers or any third parties.

2. Device Permissions

Rarecam requests only the minimum essential permissions necessary to provide its features:

• Camera: Used exclusively to provide the real-time RAW viewfinder and photo capture features.
• Photos / Storage: Used to save captured photos to your device storage (gallery) or load custom LUTs.
• Location: Rarecam does not request location (GPS) permissions and does not access, track, or record your geographic location.

These permissions are accessed only when explicitly granted by the user and are never used for any secondary or unauthorized purposes.

3. Diagnostics & Analytics

To diagnose bugs, resolve unexpected crashes, and continuously improve app stability and performance, Rarecam utilizes the following services provided by Google LLC:

• Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically collects anonymous diagnostic data (such as stack traces, device model, OS version, and crash timestamps) when an error occurs.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous, aggregated statistics regarding app feature usage and performance.

Note: None of this data contains personally identifiable information (such as names or email addresses) or photo data.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Entitlements

In-app purchases and subscriptions for Rarecam Pro (Founder's Edition, Lifetime, and Subscriptions) are securely processed through the Google Play billing system.

We do not directly receive, collect, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other financial payment information.

To validate purchases, unlock Pro features, and restore entitlements across device changes, we utilize the subscription infrastructure provided by RevenueCat, Inc.

• Data processed: Anonymous App User ID, transaction timestamps, Product IDs, entitlement statuses, and device OS type.
• Purpose: Purchase verification, synchronizing feature access, and purchase restoration.

5. Contact & User Feedback

Information provided when you contact us via email or submit diagnostic feedback through our in-app form (Google Forms) is used solely to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and troubleshoot reported technical issues.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect feature updates, regulatory changes, or app store policy requirements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
